You can stay in an Elf-inspired New York hotel room during the Christmas holidays

Olivia Hayes

This would be magical.

In an ideal world, we would jet the whole family away for Christmas and what better place to go to than New York? New York is magical at any time of year, however imagine staying in a suite that has been transformed into a movie?

Elf is probably one of the best Christmas movies to come out in recent years and it gives us a laugh every single time we watch it.

If you’re obsessed with the movie as much as we are, then take a step inside the Club Wyndham hotel room that has been decorated like the film.

According to Insider, upon walking into the suite – which is usually reserved for members – guests will be greeted with hundreds of hanging paper snowflakes, giant candy canes, a life-size toy soldier, a Christmas tree and presents.

When you move into the kitchen, it’s filled with all of Buddy’s favourite foods including spaghetti, chocolate sauce, Pop-Tarts, cookie-dough rolls and M&Ms.

Moving into the main bedroom, guests will find walls decorated with gifts, faux snow and big comfy blankets – we literally couldn’t ask for anything more!

The suite sleeps four people as the couch in the sitting room folds out into a bed. It will be available to the public from December 2 – 20 and will cost $399 (around €360) per night. You can find out more here.
