It could be argued that by three years in to a relationship many people are content to leave romantic Valentine’s Day excursions for those who are just beginning their amorous journey.
However one swanky Sligo joint doesn’t want to see the sixteen year olds who fell in love last week, or couples celebrating a one year anniversary.
Instead, The Glasshouse in Sligo will welcome couples with experience.
In what we have to assume is a hilarious typo, perhaps a line left over from a jobs advert, a poster advertising the romance of dinner, drinks and a stay at the four-star venue comes with the warning: “ All must have a minimum of three years experience.”
We’re not sure how couples are supposed to prove it exactly, but bring the photo album and take no chances…
