Poor old David McCullagh’s enthralling report on this evening’s RTÉ news was interrupted by a man who suddenly was overcome by the urge to dance.
Most of us get this urge in Coppers after a few tipples or even in our bedrooms when we pretend to be Tina Turner, our hairbrush firmly in our grip but not this guy, who perfected his gyrating skills live on national television.
The dance moves were spotted by James Neary, a fan of our brother website JOE.ie and the video was kindly brought to us by Youtube user Michaelb2167.
Possibly the most disconcerting part of the video is the Guard who watched as the man got his groove on while RTÉ’s cameras were rolling.
We’re sure David isn’t too happy about the man’s guest appearance in his report, but it sure gave us a laugh!
