Good news Chris O’Dowd fans! It has been revealed that his TV series Moone Boy will be returning to Sky One this February.
The show’s second series will be back on our screens on February 17
th at 9.00pm.
"It's 1990 and as Martin (David Rawle) starts secondary school, he and Sean (O'Dowd) carefully navigate life's big hurdles, from falling in love to the awkward school disco, as well as entering the world of work for the first time,”
Sky said of season two.
"As football fever sweeps Ireland, the Moones get caught up in the euphoria of Italia 90, while chaos reigns when new neighbours move in and Martin's sister Fidelma prepares for motherhood."
Season two will see familiar and new faces making their way onto the show including Amy Huberman and
The Fast Show's Simon Day.
The Emmy and IFTA award winning series was written by O’Dowd and Nick Murphy and is directed by Ian Fitzgibbon.
