This new drama is inspired by the true story of a classical pianist who found fame in her 70s despite having serious health problems.

The RTÉ Sports Awards – RTÉ One (9.30pm)
Darragh Maloney is presenting tonight’s awards which recap and celebrate the best sporting moments of the year as well as the people who made them.

In Bruges – Channel 4 (11.00pm)
Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson star in this dark comedy about a hitman and his partner who await further instruction from their boss after a job goes wrong.

Michael Bublé: Home for Christmas – RTÉ One (11.40pm)
As well as performing hits from his festive record, the singer will also be joined by a few special guests including Rod Stewart and Carly Rae Jepsen.
