As much as we love salads, there's only so much of the ‘same old same’ we can take!
In the first of our regular 'Cook with Avonmore' recipes, we bring you a salad that we think is something special, and it couldn't be any easier to make.
Ingredients
170ml (6fl. Oz) Avonmore Sour Cream
250g packet of pre-cooked beetroot (with no added vinegar)
Segments taken from 2 oranges
Greens of 2 scallions, sliced finely
1 small or ½ large red onion, sliced finely
1 small or ½ large white onion, sliced finely
Method
Arrange all ingredients on a salad plate, drizzle with Avonmore Sour Cream & enjoy. We did promise it couldn’t be any easier after all!
