Dad Writes His Daughter Late Note After Taking Her To A Bruce Springsteen Gig
If you're of the many Bruce Springsteen fans celebrating after getting tickets this morning, you'll appreciate this.
This week, Patrick Pipino took his two daughters, Isabelle (12) and Sarah (7) to a Bruce Springsteen concert in New York's Times Union Center.
Bruce and the E Street Band played for over the standard gig time and so Isabelle was late for school the next morning.
Patrick wrote the below note for Isabelle's teacher, excusing his daughter, shared it on Facebook and it was then posted on Twitter by CNN journalist Jennifer Feldman.

Speaking to ABC News, Patrick said that his daughters are both huge Springsteen fans with Isabelle listening to Bruce since she was four years old.
"Isabelle would be singing from the back seat and if I had something else on, she would say, “Dad, can we listen to Springsteen?"
Sounds like a familiar childhood memory to us!
