Orla Hopkins is a mum, fitness competitor, trainer, and a dance and gymnastics coach, who owns her own business and… blogs too! She’s also now an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) competitor too. So, we’re here thinking… is there anything this woman can’t do?
Orla and Vogue got straight into tackling the gruelling workouts that promise a perfectly sculpted derriere and legs, showing us the ideal posture and position to ensure we avoid injury, but also get the very best out of our training.
After warming up, they started with glute bridges (20 of them), plie squats (10) and side dumbbell lunges (12 on each side) - ouch! Although they’re tough, trust us - those legs and butt muscles will feel totally fired up after a round of these! You'll feel muscles you thought you lost forever.
Be sure to check out the entire workout on our Her Instagram too and take a screengrab of the workouts and number of sets involved to ensure you have them with you no matter where you are. Nothing will stop us from feeling energised, strong and entirely fabulous ladies.
