The eight remaining contestants battle it out for their place in the semi-finals but only six will make it through.

 

Footloose – E4 (8.00pm)

Kevin Bacon stars as the boy who just wants to dance. The only problem is he lives in a place where it’s considered immoral.

 

Rachel Allen’s Everyday Kitchen – RTÉ One (8.30pm)

In the first of her new series Rachel shows viewers how to make the most of their ingredients and whips up a dish using Dublin Bay prawns.

 

Larry Crowne – TV3 (9.00pm)

A middle-aged man (Tom Hanks) decides to go back to college after he loses his job but ends up getting more than he bargained for when he falls for his married teacher (Julia Roberts).

 

Hanna – RTÉ One (9.35pm)

The daughter of a former CIA agent, who has been trained to be a deadly assassin, is confronted by her past while pursuing her one and only target. With Saoirse Ronan and Eric Bana.
