Design Fever: Looking Back at Last Night’s Episode of RTÉ’s Design Doctors

Can’t stop thinking about that green, teal and neutral scheme from last night Design Doctors show?

Denise and Catherine from Optimise Design, showed how easy it is to introduce colour into any living space. That painted fireplace was fab!

Below, the kitchen featured on last night's show in Raheny. The splashes of colour across the room really add life to the space.

Paint colours used in kitchen, walls 30YY 78/018 using Diamond Matt, stools 90YY 58/424, teal cupboard 80GG 27/386 both these items were painted in Diamond Eggshell.

This carefully selected colour scheme was replicated across the house in Raheny. In the kid's bedroom below we see how the blues and greens carry on from the kitchen.

The orange flowers featured in this sitting room add a contrasting colour to the space. The Raheny house keeps a running theme throughout the building, but yet it's far from boring.

Why not try a feature stripe instead of a feature wall? Here we have used Javan Dawn 2 for the stripe and Caramel Sands 4 as the backdrop. Both from Dulux Colour Mixing.
