A date with the Doctor? Yes please! Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi and his companion Jenna Coleman will be heading on a world tour this year to promote the new season of the series. The pair will be jetting around the world this August, kick-starting the tour in Cardiff and heading to places like New York, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro and Seoul. The show’s lead writer and executive producer Steven Moffat will be on the tour too though he’ll only make it to some of the stops. "It's fantastic that so many people across the world love Doctor Who” said Capaldi. "After eight months solid filming deep in the world of monsters, Jenna and I are thrilled to be heading for the Planet of Fans”.
