Honestly like, what in God's name have we done to deserve such creatures? The dog in question is named Chief and he acted as a therapy dog for his owner, a 76-year-old veteran, named Bill Schiller. His funeral was attended by his friends, family, and Chief, who stood up on his hind legs to lean over the coffin and give him one last kiss. “And he just stood there and looked at Bill like he was telling him goodbye," said Anne-Marie.
