David Beakey got in touch with us today to tell us about "Be Inspiring", a campaign he and his friends have put together.
In an effort to promote a positive attitude towards mental health, David's friend Tadhg Guiry came up with idea of using random acts of kindness to generate a feel-good attitude and inspire others to get involved.
Anthony O'Hara and Tom Kinsley shot the video, which was recorded in Dublin City Centre, and performed the soundtrack so it's definitely a group effort.
