1. She knows you should learn to never look back.
In any given situation, do not look back to the past, just get on with the present. Gloria is particularly eager to get that across.
2. She taught us to trust your instincts.
If you think something's going on, something is probably going on.
3. Do not let anyone mess with you.
Ever.
4. She is entirely aware of bad luck.
It exists!
5. Gloria understands that communication is important.
Even if you have to get your point across with a word that no one understands...
6. Understanding that life is finite.
Well, maybe.
7. Dancing is good for the soul.
Very good for the soul!
8. She accepts that everyone needs to be a little crazy.
You have to be to get through this life...
9. It is important to take a little revenge.
Sometimes. A reasonable measure.
10. Don't be too critical!
Sometimes, it can have a lasting effect.
11. And always, always be prepared.
