Looking for a new job?

Perhaps even just the chance to travel and see the world?

Well, then this news could be just what you need. This Saturday, July 14, Emirates is returning to Dublin to look for Irish candidates to join its multinational cabin crew team.

The Dubai-based airline will be holding an open day from 8am at the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4.

The airline is looking for both men and women to join their team. Alongside the chance to work with one of the worlds leading airlines, Emirates is also offering new employees an attractive package which features accommodation, transfers to and from work, tax-free income as well as medical and dental cover to name a few benefits.

But there are some requirements which Emirates require every candidate to posses in order to be considered. These include being no younger than 21-years-old, having a minimum height of 160cm and having no visable tattoos. You can read all the requirements here.

Enda Corneille, Country Manager for Emirates in Ireland spoke about what the airline is looking for from interested applicants. She said:

“Our cabin crew are open-minded, helpful, friendly and service-oriented and that’s what we need from candidates in order to deliver Emirates’ award-winning onboard experience to customers. This open day is a great opportunity for people to get their career off to a flying start. Applicants just need to drop into the Open Day with an up-to-date CV in English and a recent photograph. Pre-registration is not required.

“Candidates will need to come prepared to spend the full day at the venue. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of timings for further assessments and interviews,” Enda continued.

Emirates currently flies to over 161 destinations with a team of 555 people employed by the company from Ireland alone.

Emirates will also be holding a SECOND open day to recruit staff in Galway, Wednesday, July 18 from 8am at the Clybaun Hotel, Clybaun Road, Knocknacarra, Galway.
