There’s only one word for this – wow.
Popular airline Emirates have announced a new route that will officially be the longest non-stop flight in the world.
The new route will go from Dubai to Panama and will last a whopping 17 hours and 35 minutes.
And here we were thinking the flight to Spain was long!
There is approximately 8,590 miles between the two destinations, about 10 miles more than the distance between Sydney and Dallas, which had previously been the longest non-stop route in the world, operated by Qantas.
Just imagine the jet lag!
The inaugural flight will take off in February of next year.
