We love getting a giggle out of silly things here at Her HQ so when we came across a brand new business that’s been set up in Ireland, we just had to take a nose.
The company AnonymousPotato is based on an idea that originated in the US, and though we think it’s some kind of evil genius at work… we love it!
All you have to do is select the size of a potato that you’d like to send to someone – anonymously of course – enter a 140 character message and voilà, your gift will be shipped.
Basically, some poor unfortunate will open their door to a potato with not a notion of who it’s from.
Speaking to Her.ie, the owner – who is of course, anonymous – revealed: “The idea came from the US version. We noticed that they only ship to the US and we are in Ireland, the land of potatoes after all so it was only right!”
