If you’re a fan of horror movies, the latest property on the market might just pique your buyer’s interest.

The 3-story Victorian home from The Silence of the Lambs is up for sale, and the asking price is just $300k (or €268,000).

The 5 bedroom house, which housed Buffalo Bill’s skinsuit victims – has seen no real refurbishments since the famous 1990 film was shot there.

Situated just an hour south of Pittsburgh, the owners are even throwing some memorabilia from the Best Picture film into the mix – including a signed book from lead Jodie Foster.

The book’s inscription was signed by both Foster and director Jonathan Demme, reading:

“Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house for our scary movie.”

Advertising the property, Realtor.com describes the house as:

“A landmark home…featured in the ‘Silence of the Lamb’ movie,” while also calling the property a “statement of taste and prosperity” and a “near-perfect expression of comfort.”

If you’re a fan of the film, you might be a little disappointed to hear that the famous basement dungeon scene was filmed on a soundstage and is not an actual part of the house.
