Elsewhere, properties in Galway, Cork, Limerick and Waterford are being rented at €150 or under.
“There is a clear need for more rented accommodation in Ireland and there is also a rising vacant property issue that shows no sign of slowing down,” said Paul Cosnett, manager of Camelot for Ireland.
“Our vacant property management solution addresses both these issues.”
There is a catch though as the tenant is not given a guarantee for the length of time they will be allowed to stay in the property. Time frames differ anywhere from a couple of months to a few years.
