- 2 Medium apples
- 2 Stalks of celery (80g)
- 1 Cucumber
- 175g Kale
- ½ Lemon
- 2 Medium oranges peeled (260g)
- 40g parsley
- Chop the ingredients into chunks, leaving the skin on (but peeling the orange). Put into blender or juicer.
- Add the parsley, tearing it up in your hand and breaking down any stalks.
- Turn on blender and blitz. Add water if consistency is too thick for your taste.
