2 Medium apples
2 Stalks of celery (80g)
1 Cucumber
175g Kale
½ Lemon
2 Medium oranges peeled (260g)
40g parsley
Method:
Chop the ingredients into chunks, leaving the skin on (but peeling the orange). Put into blender or juicer.
Add the parsley, tearing it up in your hand and breaking down any stalks.
Turn on blender and blitz. Add water if consistency is too thick for your taste.
