In a cruel, taunting message, the user captioned the snap:
“Spotted this specimen trying to dance the other week. He stopped when he saw us laughing.”
Thankfully, the internet isn’t just populated by trolls.
The image surfaced later that day on imgur, where people were openly concerned and disgusted that a man would be humiliated in such a way.
So activist and all-round legend Cassandra Fairbanks, who writes in L.A decided to ask Twitter for help.
Starting a campaign to ‘Find Dancing Man’, Cassandra’s post soon went viral:
Anyone know this man or who posted this? There's a huge group of ladies in LA who would like to do something special pic.twitter.com/DGbu3AXOrB

And in the best news to hit the internet today, they found him… and we love him even more for posting this selfie:
YAY TWITTER!!! @Dancingmanfound #FindDancingMan;We are going to dance!!! pic.twitter.com/G7FxuiSsIh

Now Cassandra and a team of ladies who helped spread the campaign message have decided to throw Sean from London a special party in L.A. Where he’ll be dancing to his heart’s content.
All we need now is our invite.Explore more on these topics:
