This week, we’re looking at foods that are good for your skin.

From fish to chocolate, there are plenty of things that you can eat that will keep your skin feeling great and looking healthy.

Nuts
Nuts in general are great for your skin but almonds and Brazil nuts in particular. Almonds contain Vitamin E which defends against sun damage while Brazil nuts prevent blemishes and age spots.

Greek Yoghurt
There is a great deal of protein in Greek yoghurt which helps keep your skin smooth and prevents wrinkles as well as premature lines.

Fish contains zinc which keeps skin soft and repairs damage. It also keeps your sebaceous glands, which produce oil, functioning normally.
