Watermelon contains a range of vitamins, including vitamin A, and antioxidants, such as lycopene,which are good for both your skin and hair.
Helps muscle recovery
It doesn’t matter if you’ve had a tough gym session or just been out for a walk, watermelon has been shown to reduce muscle ache and improve recovery time due to the L-citrulline it contains.
Low calorie count
Despite being packed full of vitamins and nutrients with plenty of health benefits, watermelon is low in terms of calories.
