There’s something so adorable about baby ostrich and emu chicks. This is definitely the dance party we wish we had been invited to!
“I'm raising two ostrich chicks as pets, along with two emu chicks. All four are in the house right now to keep them safe and warm” says their owner.
“The ostrich[es] are about eight weeks old and the emu[s] are two weeks. They'll be moved outside once they're sturdy enough to withstand the outdoors.”
In this lovely video, the four friends are having a great time showing off their moves.
“Ostriches love to dance for fun. They do this for exercise and to sharpen their defensive skills for survival. The chicks need to be comfortable with their environment to dance and it's so much fun watching them.”
