The teenage sister of a schoolgirl who committed suicide less than two months ago has died.
Shannon Gallagher, 15, who spoke lovingly at the funeral of her younger sister Erin less than two months ago has been found dead.
Erin, aged 13 at the time of her death, took her own life on October 27th after posting a message on Facebook in response to people she claimed were bullying her.
Investigations were launched into claims that she had been a victim of cyber bullying, but sadly they were too late.
Shannon was found dead last night around midnight, in a townland several miles from her home.
The Donegal VEC, said they were "trying to find the words and response to the tragedy".
The VEC runs Finn Valley College in Stranorlar, which both girls attended.
