Fancy a house?

Yeah, so do we.

Well, if you’re on the market for something but don’t have the moola yet, this could be the next best option.

A GAA club in Louth is holding a raffle, with the grand prize being a 4-bedroom gaff.

St. Fechin’s GAA Football Club from the village of Termonfeckin has launched its Win A Fecking House campaign, and honestly, we’re all here for it.

The house is located in Termonfeckin and is worth €280,000, with all proceeds from the raffle going towards development of the community centre.

On the official raffle page, it reads:

“St Fechin’s GAA Club in Termonfeckin, Co Louth will be changing someone’s life on Sunday 30th December 2018.  One lucky winner will be the proud owner of this beautiful 4 bedroom semi-detached house in Castle Park, Termonfeckin worth over €280,000.

“We have many more great prizes bringing the total prize fund up to over €300,000!

“It could be yours for just €100.”

It’s a pretty nice house too, with everything from sandstone window sills to a cobblelock driveway and landscaped gardens.

Just have a look at pictures of the house here:
