Technology is so hard, isn’t it? Like, it’s a wonder that us girls can even use the internet.
Every morning here at Her.ie , we still wonder in awe and open mouthed amazement why the owner of the company is nice enough to let us girls run our own lovely website, with a girl as editor! Yes, ladies, this is a girls only operation. Even the techy bits are done by us girls and if we can’t figure out how to do something on the technological side, guess what? We have to figure it out by ourselves. Imagine.
And those iPad’s... they are so complicated, aren’t they? All those shiny buttons that let you do loads of different things. Sure, like, us girls only want a couple of apps really. Apps about clothes and boys and maybe one that lets us see our friends when we’re talking to them... that would be a really cool app, wouldn’t it?
Oh, and don’t even talk to us about those Kindle yokes.
So, if like us, you’re feeling the strain and are desperate to get in on a little bit of techno action, a Middle-East based company Eurostar Group, has produced the ePad Femme and are describing it as the "world's first tablet made exclusively for women."

Girly AND easy to use... we don't believe it
The eight-inch tablet comes pre-loaded with a pink background (duh) and a number of pre-loaded apps (so we don’t have to figure out how to download them ourselves) that revolve around shopping, yoga, weight loss and cooking.
"The Tablet comes preloaded with applications so you can just turn it on and log in to cooking recipes or yoga," Mani Nair, Associate Vice President for Marketing at Eurostar Group, told the Jerusalem Post. "It makes a perfect gadget for a woman who might find difficulties in terms of downloading these applications and it is a quick reference."
Nair insists that the ePad Femme isn't sexist and explained that Eurostar Group is focusing on pre-loaded applications for many of their products.
Shockingly, the ePad Femme hasn’t exactly taken off since it launched and only 7,000 units have sold since mid-February.
Maybe it’ll do a bit better at Christmas when all our boyfriends are wracking their brains about what to buy us...
