Graham Norton Earns Mega-Bucks With the Sale of his Production Company

Well, we bet Graham Norton is laughing this morning as the comedian has made over €6million by selling his production company. Not bad, right? Just think of all the shoes €6million could buy ladies…drool…

Anyway, according to reports today, ITV Studios paid approximately €12.5million in cash for ‘So Television’ the production company which is half-owned by the chat show host. And that’s not all! Graham could be set to make another sizeable chunk of money in 2016 if the company remains in profit. This means that Graham will scoop half of a €1.25million pay-out.

We’re not going to lie, we’re pretty jealous and actually sort of raging that we don’t have a television production company of our own.

Graham is officially in the money after the sale.

Graham’s income for this year alone could top €9million. This is mainly due to the fact that the presenter earns an eye-watering €2.5million-plus from the BBC.

“So TV has been our baby for 12 years and I’m thrilled ITV will help it grow,” said Graham, in relation to the deal.

According to rumours, ITV is secretly hoping that the sale will eventually encourage Graham to leave his current home on Channel 4 in order to work with them. They had approached him previously about hosting a different show, but in the end Holly Willoughby was lined up instead of the Cork man.
