“Hang On To That V-Card” – Lena Dunham Instagrams 2005 Sex Advice About Being A 19-Year-Old Virgin

‘Throwback Thursday’ images that consist of toothless baby pictures, vintage looking family portraits or all too often, bikini photos with captions like “bring me back.”

However Girls creator Lena Dunham decided to post a magazine article dating back to 2005 from a sex columnist at the Time Out NY magazine. 

Dunham wrote in to the column with a query on how to reveal she remained a virgin at 19 to potential suitors without scaring them off.

The response was nothing short of brilliant.

Lena shot to success after writing and starring in Girls.

Dunham captioned the first photo, "#tbt to that time I wrote a letter to Jamie Buffalino, the sexpert in Time Out NY and he ANSWERED. Please note 'I have a reasonable amount of sexual experience...' #2005 #virgin."

Jamie tells Dunham to, "simply live your Intermix-clad, iPod-accessorized, O.C.-obsessed life until you meet a young man who doesn't give a whit about your sexual status, but just wants to express his love for you through three timid thrusts and premature ejaculation." Nice.
