We could see a stage version of JK Rowling’s best-selling Harry Potter books soon!
A theatre production of the books is set to open in the West End according to reports by the Daily Mail.
JK Rowling will not be writing the stage piece but she will be collaborating with the playwright.
The show is expected to focus on Potter’s early life before the events in the books and movie franchise.
The production is to be helmed by Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender and will highlight “"the previously untold story of Harry Potter's early years as an orphan and outcast", according to a statement sent to the publication.
The critically acclaimed author penned seven Harry Potter novels between 1997 – 2007.
