Making lifestyle changes can be hard in January. It’s cold, it’s dark outside and the last thing you feel like doing is going for a run, even though you promised yourself that getting fit would be one of your New Year’s resolutions.
Motivation is usually at an all-time low during this bleak winter month. But there are a few simple things you can do on a daily basis that can help you to have a healthy, happy and balanced year over the next twelve months.
