A county Limerick cemetery has been described as a ‘death trap’ by a local councillor - leading to this wonderful headline in the Limerick Leader.
Planned extensions to the Reilig Mhuire burial ground near Askeaton are set to further exasperate “traffic issues” at the site, according to councillor Kevin Sheahan who has protested the expansion.
There has been no record of any safety issues or collisions at the site, but Sheahan feels the situation is a grave one, and appears to be haunted by the thoughts of what might happen. Could he be dead right?
