The term ‘bucket list’ was given to the various things people want to accomplish before they die.
“Kenya Bucket List” is a moving documentary about a 4-year-old child called Nkaitole embarking on a journey to all the things he “always wanted to do.”
Nonprofit organisation WATERisLIFE made this heart wrenching two minute long video, highlighting the dangers of contaminated water, and the shocking statistic that 1-in-5 children won’t live to see their fifth birthday.
His list includes things the majority of us take for granted, leaving his village for the first time, receiving his first kiss, seeing the ocean, flying like a bird, riding on a boat, he even manages to beat fastest man, Usain Bolt, in a race.
4-year-olds shouldn’t have bucket lists but every day 4,100 kids under the age of five die globally because of no access to clean drinking water.
