Heartbreaking: Superheroes Give 5-Year-Old Boy The Perfect Send-Off

This would bring a tear to a stone.

Her

Five-year-old Brayden Denton lost his battle with cancer earlier in the month and so his Mum Staci decided to give her little hero the perfect send-off.

Staci asked relatives to act as pallbearers and dress in costumes representing some of the fictional characters that Brayden loved.

Speaking to The Metro, Staci said: “He was a huge Spider-Man fan… he had to quit just liking Spider-Man because he had all the toys. So really he liked every superhero”.

The Indiana boy’s coffin was carried by a string of his favourite superheroes that included Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, Thor, The Hulk, and Iron Man.

Cory Denton, Brayden’s uncle who was dressed in a Thor costume said: “It was hard, but I did it for him. We went to the Superman movie with him and he was dressed up as Superman.

“I watched all the Iron Mans with him” he continued.

He’s always here with me, and I’ll always watch them with him because he is always with me”.

Hat-tip to our brothers over at JOE.ie for this one.
