Her Hero Of The Week Is… (He Loves Lamp And We Love Him)

Ever wondered where all the good men are gone? Or where are all the gods? So have we. It’s that time of the week again, ladies… We’re only too delighted to give #HerHeroOfTheWeek to Irish Anchorman fanatic, John Carroll. John decided to pull out all the stops for the London premiere of Anchorman 2 during the week by dressing up as a giant lamp. The Irish lad had the bright idea for his costume after his friend decided to go as Channel 4 News Team weatherman, Brick Tamland. Together the duo made headlines. John gets a high-5 of appreciation from Will Ferrell, sure what more could one lamp lad want? Oh, we know... A selfie with the beautiful man James Marsden. The lads in all their glory. Speaking to our brothers over at JOE during the week, John explained what triggered his bright idea. “Basically my mate Sam won tickets and chose me to go with him. He dressed up as Brick so I thought I’d go all out and get the lamp costume if you could call it that. We were grabbed by the Jameson people and told we would be getting a photo with Will on the red carpet which didn’t happen as they told too many people which I was gutted about. But managed to get a high 5 which was caught on camera by the Daily Mail. Seeing the video of the high 5 and Steve Carell talking about my costume was unreal.
