It’s that time of the week again, ladies…
This week’s #HerHeroOfTheWeek goes to 14 eligible bachelors from Connemara.
With a novel fundraising idea, a group of 14 Connemara bachelors, have entered a new competition to raise much needed funds for an amazing children’s charity, To Russia With Love – a foundation established to help children in Russian orphanages.
The 14 men, who are all supported by local businesses and organisations, will allow the public to decide through a text voting system as to which lucky candidate should take the inaugural title of ‘Connemara Man 2014’ and all proceeds will go directly to the charity.
Prizes on offer for the winner include a one year membership for Clifden Station House Leisure Centre, a suit from Hehirs of Clifden and Dubarry Boots from Millars Connemara.
The Connemara Man of the year will be announced at a special event on August 14th, an evening that promises fun and fashion, “where East will meet West”, in the courtyard of the Clifden Station House.
