This adorable Irish house could be yours for €17,000

And it's so lovely.

Laura Holland

STEAL.

The property market in Ireland is very mixed at the moment. Prices are sky high in Dublin, whereas some other places down the country are more affordable and even come in quite cheap.

Anyone on a normal wage in Dublin can say goodbye to owning anything bigger than a shoe box with the way the prices are going. But if you were to move to Clare, for instance, that is a WAY different story.

You can now get yourself a beautiful two bed house for €17,000 in the west Clare village of Labasheeda.

That’s right, €17,000, which is less than the cost of a standard deposit for another house. It’s going up for auction at that rock bottom price and could see someone walking away with a nice little property.

It boasts a sizable living room, a cosy kitchen and two bedrooms. DNG says it overlooks Clonderlaw Bay, is 20km from Kilrush Town and 17km from Kilimer Car Ferry.

Just look at how lovely it is.
