Earlier this week, this video of Matty, the baby sloth, was posted online. Although it’s only in the past 24 hours or so that it’s gained viral status. We imagine it’s probably because people are so brainwashed by Matty’s cute little face that they can’t help but hit the ‘share’ button on YouTube.

In the clip, Matty gazes at Claire, his handler, with his smushy little sloth face and then, using his tiny little hand, he gives her a flower.

The Huffington Post reports that Rachel Hosein, a tourist, captured this amazing moment while she was visiting a sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica. Rachel said that it was the best day ever.
