Cathy's Choice: Naomie Harris in Altuzurra
Every so often you come across a dress you really want and need to have. While I'm not likely to splurge on an Altuzurra design anytime soon, I can dream of similiar monchrome pieces on the high-street. Naomie Harris was attending a photocall for the new Bond film Spectre and she looked sensational in this monochrome piece. Santa if you're reading, you can check out the details here.
Marie's Choice: The Return Of Charlie
RTÉ have proven in recent times that they are more than capable of producing gripping drama and I'm very excited to finally see the broadcaster's three-part drama series Charlie. Starring Aiden Gillen and Tom Vaughan Lawlor, the series will chart Mr Haughey's rise to power and you can see the new trailer here.
Rebecca's Choice: McVitie's Christmas Genius
Rebecca says: I love Christmas and puppies so when I saw this year's McVitie's Christmas advertisement, I almost fell off my chair. While I do love Monty the penguin and personally don't think any of them beat the classic Coca-Cola ads, this is probably my favourite one from this year. Click here to see it.
Liz’s Choice: Christmas surprise!
Liz Says: My favourite story this week had to be the news that one student got a massive delivery worth of goods to his home by Amazon. The delivery included gifts such as a Samsung 55 inch TV and a Galaxy Pro 12-inch tablet, but the best bit of all was Amazon’s response to their mistake. You can read the full story here.
Grace's Choice: Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas...
Grace says: By the time Christmas Day rolls around the majority of folk are sick and tired of hearing the same old festive tracks, so The Sunday Sessions decided to give some classic a brand new feel and had some of the country's most exciting up and coming talent cover some of your favourites. We kicked of The Sunday Sessions on Monday with the incredible Gavin James, followed by dynamic duo Darling, the lovely Rainy Boy Sleep and The Hot Sprockets. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for the rest of the tracks as they go live every other day until December 25th.
