We’re not sure what to make of this video to be honest.
Whether you’re a fan of tattoos or not, subjecting a child to one, even if they ask for it is just plain wrong but this didn’t deter one woman from bringing her toddler to the local tattoo parlour.
The video, which has gone viral, shows a little boy no more than three-years-old being pinned down by his mother and the tattoo artist as he shouts out in pain for them to stop.
Believed to have been videoed in Havana, Cuba, the woman and her son have yet to be identified.
