“I’m Ready For My Close-Up Now!” Picture Of Pampered Sloth Goes Viral

This adorable picture just goes to show that even sloths like getting pampered from time to time (especially if they’re just about to make their television debut).

The Huffington Post reports that CC the sloth was snapped looking relaxed and happy with herself as she got her make-up done and her hair brushed before she appeared on the Today show in the States.

The image of CC has already gone viral, with various people losing their minds over how cute she looks sleepily sitting in a director’s chair. Well, in fairness to her, she was appearing on morning television so that’s why she looks like she wants to have a bit of a snooze.

CC, who is from the Staten Island Zoo in America was on the popular programme to help promote explorer Lucy Cooke’s book A Little Bit of Sloth.

According to Ms Cooke, CC absolutely loved all of the attention, “especially when the make-up girls combed her hair so she looked all pretty for the show.”

We think she’s a cutie and couldn’t help but let out a collective ‘d’awww!’ when we saw this snap.
