And you also couldn’t use the phone while doing so?
Ah, those were the days.
Well, it’s been 30 years since the internet first became a thing and people on Twitter are taking a look back through memory lane. It’s actually gas looking back at how far we’ve come from sitting in the hall, beside the phone, waiting on it to connect…
Can I be so real? Sometimes, I often find myself missing the ol’ dial-up days of the internet. When MTV was truly the shiiid, and only music and new cds were the social outlet.

We had dial-up until I was like 12 and I remember distinctly one time my mom unplugging the internet cable because I had secretly been playing Runescape up in my room on the laptop me and my brother shared.
