If both teams win, the group winners and automatic qualifiers for the finals in Iceland this summer will be decided by goal difference.
Speaking ahead of the big game, manager Dave Connell was focused on the game against Hungary and added that he hoped everything would fall into place from there.
“We just have to concentrate on getting the win,” he said. “It is great that England are still in with a chance.
“They have something to play for so we just have to concentrate on getting the win and making sure that we get across the line.
“Holland are down two players as their left winger went off injured and their captain was sent off on Saturday so it is going to be a tougher game for them,” Connell continued.
“We know Hungary, we’ve seen them playing. We know their strengths, know their weaknesses and we certainly won’t be taking anything for granted.”
He added that he was proud of the team for rising to the occasion despite facing massive competition in the face of England and the Netherlands.
Ireland takes on Hungary at 12pm midday today at Turner’s Cross, Cork.
