Mourners gathered for the funeral of bride-to-be Lindsay Coulter this week.

The 27-year-old community nurse died suddenly last week after collapsing while exercising at the gym.

According to Belfast Liveher funeral took place today at St John’s Church in Fivemiletown, the same church in which she was due to wed in October.

The gym paid tribute to Lindsay on Facebook, writing:

“It is with deep sadness that one of our members Lindsey Coulter has passed away suddenly.

“Everyone at Colebrooke Fitness would like to offer their deepest sympathy to her family and friends. Lindsey was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.”

Ulster Unionist councillor Victor Warrington told the Fermanagh Herald: “This is a terrible tragedy and everyone, particularly young people are stunned.

“It’s devastating news for the Coulters and Ellisons, two well-known and respected families in this area.

“Lindsey was always very bubbly and friendly. She is being remembered this week as someone who was always happy and laughing. It’s terribly sad to see another young life being cut short particularly when she had a whole bright future ahead of her.

“The thoughts and prayers of the entire community will be with the family and friends of Lindsey at this difficult time.”
