Irish Illustrator Ellen McCann Has Found A Fan In Kim Kardashian

Ellen McCann is a Westmeath born, Galway-based illustrator behind Nelle Illustrations. She's been gaining a lot of attention in the last year for her work, and lots of famous faces have taken notice of this woman's talent including *ahem* : Jennifer Lopez, Chrissy Teigen , Lily Collins, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Michael Costello (fashion designer to A-listers such as Beyonce), Lancome, Maybelline, Roberto Cavalli and Atsuko Kudo, to name a few. Impressive right? Well it gets better. Ellen received an email recently on behalf of Kim Kardashian West herself requesting her artwork be used on her popular app and website. At first, Ellen thought it was a joke, but it became clear that the email was serious. What an amazing achievement!

Someone got in contact with me a few weeks ago on behalf of Kim Kardashian West saying how much Kim loves my illustrations and wants to use them on her website and app! Ellen told us: "I work very hard on all of my illustrations. I spend hours on end creating art each and every day so it's nice when the hard work pays off. It gives me the drive to keep going. " "I still find it hard to believe Kim Kardashian request my art. She also included artwork from Hayden Williams and Ponyy Boyy, two well established fashion illustrators, so it was even more of a shock when she chose my illustrations to be the primary artwork for the article.
