“Is She Okay?!” This Seal Is Super-Concerned About A Little Girl That’s Fallen Over

Who ever said that animals don’t have feelings? This YouTube clip is sure to bring a smile to your face and just goes to show that animals are a lot more empathic towards humans than we may think.

This concerned sealion was caught on camera at the National Zoo in Washington D.C. A little girl is looking into the sealion’s tank when she runs away, trips and falls. Immediately the sealion stops what he’s doing to look at the girl. It almost looks as though he’s trying to see if she’s okay – amazing or what?

We only wish our own pets were this compassionate. Chances are if we fell, our pet cat would ignore us and our dog would just think we were having the craic, jump on top of us and cover us in well-meaning slobber.
