We love a good romance story.
The meeting, the romance, the proposal…
So we fell in love when we spotted this adorable story.
Elliot Amos and Ronak Darafshian met in their first week of first year at the University of South Wales.
Speaking to Metro, Elliot said how the couple went to a bowling alley in Cardiff on their first date, before popping into a photo booth to take some snaps.
Elliot treasured the pictures, keeping them in his wallet for the past four years. So it made sense to him, that when he decided to pop the question, they should return to the same photobooth for a surprise snap.
On Valentine’s Day this year, Elliot brought his girlfriend into the photobooth to recreate their couple-shot… asking Ronak to marry him just as the camera flashed.
Speaking about her surprise at the event, Ronak told Metro:
“Before going in he was acting really weird and was really red in the face.
"I kept asking him if he was feeling okay and telling him to take his jacket off because he looked like he was going to throw up.
"We had one photo and then on the second photo he held the ring in front of my face and asked me to marry him. It was so nice to have captured the moment when he asked me.
"I cried for a long time and then Elliot said 'Well are you going to answer me?' And I said 'Yes of course'."
And, now we’re crying…
