You might not have heard the story of Conner and Cayden Long yet but once you do, you’ll never forget it.
Last month the two brothers won the Sports Illustrated’s Sportskids of the Year award for their hard work and determination.
Conner, along with his younger brother Cayden who suffers from cerebral palsy, partake in triathlons every week.

Conner and Cayden took to the stage to accept the award last month.
The pair took to the stage, with their parents, back in December to accept the sports award.
On the night Conner said:“This is really awesome for me and Cayden because we’ve been waiting for a very long time and a lot of people think we would never be able to do something like this but we can always do anything.”
The two brothers compete as a team in the triathlons.
And while they have already achieved so much at such a young age, Conner previously explained that there is still so much they want to do together.
“Ten years from now the perfect place for me and Cayden… you know the way people have the American flag on the moon? To have the team Long flag on the moon.”
Check out the video of their story and don’t forget to have the tissues nearby…
