This story is absolutely heart-warming and will turn even the most cynical person out there into a bit of a romantic. A 106-year-old woman who has never been married has just found the love of her life.
Orange reports that Marjorie Hemmerde from Australia, has found true love for the first time in the form of a 73-year-old toyboy called Gavin.
Both Marjorie and Gavin live in a nursing home in Melbourne and met three years ago.
“We just sort of melted into each other. We get along like old friends, the age gap doesn’t seem to matter,” said Marjorie.
And Marjorie isn’t the only one who’s got it bad. Gavin feels exactly the same way as her...
“Marjorie is very outgoing and has a good outlook in life,” said Gavin
“She is always very cheerful and appreciative and we laugh together all the time. I think we both have learned that life is far too short not to enjoy it,” he added.

The couple didn't think they would find love
Vicki Fraser, the manager of the Kew Gardens Aged Care centre where Marjorie and Gavin met said that watching their relationship blossom had been very touching.
“That they found each other is beautiful. It’s so positive for them both and so genuine. It proves it’s never too late,” said Vicki.
Despite the fact that the pair are utterly besotted with each other, Marjorie said that herself and Gavin have no intention of walking down the aisle and making their relationship official.
“I’m too irresponsible. I quite like living in sin,” said Marjorie.
