19a Long Lane is home to Ireland’s most narrow house.
Built to fill a pedestrian lane in the early 20th Century, Long Lane is just over 6ft at its most narrow point.
The property is located near Dublin’s ‘golden mile’, a stretch of trendy restaurants and pubs, the house has been previously rented out for €900 a month.
The width however did not deter some eager parties interested in the building once listed as the third narrowest house in Europe.

The Irish Independent reports that OMD Estate agent, Derek Mulligan confirmed the sale was agreed for €136,000.

We don’t think our budget could stretch that far for 19a Long Lane.
